All of the silver used in this piece is Sterling silver 925, earrings are on silver ear hooks for pierced ears, I can supply clip on earring backs at an extra cost, please contact me for more information.

Sea Glass & Pottery
All of the sea glass and sea pottery used in my pieces is authentic and has been found by me on my local beaches in Cornwall; I do have some pieces that use sea glass and pottery from Dorset, this has also been found by me and I will always state where the glass/pottery has been found.

Due to natural variations in the sea glass every piece is different, either in size, shape or colour, no two pieces are ever exactly the same; the finished product you receive will be the same one that is pictured in the main photo.
In each listing I like to include pictures of sea glass as I have found it on the beach, the sea glass shown on the beach is not necessarily the same piece used in the jewellery, though I do like to show the exact piece when I can.

Sea glass would have once been bottles, windows, ornaments, lights or jars that has found its way to the sea, usually dumped as rubbish, taken out by floods or from ships.
In the sea it is tumbled & smoothed by the salt waves, pebbles & sand; this tumbling creates tiny 'C' shapes in the glass and eventually it will become frosted.
It can take up to 50 years to smooth the sharp edges and frost the glass; some sea glass can be over 150 years old.

Sea glass comes in many colours, the most common being sea foams (light green/blue/white), deep olive and bright greens, whites and ambers; rarer colours are blues, reds, purples, yellows, pinks, oranges and blacks.
Sea pottery would have once been plates, cups, ornaments, tiles or pots.
No two pieces of sea glass or pottery are ever the same, you can guarantee a unique piece of jewellery every time.

Please note that the colour of the sea glass may differ to exactly what is shown on screen, all photos have been taken in natural light to give the truest representation of colour; all sizes given are approximates.

Gifting & Plastic Free
This piece is presented in a recycled brown cardboard kraft box ready for gift giving to a loved one, or maybe just a treat for yourself, all stickers* and tape used are compostable and plastic free (usually made from corn starch or brown paper), any ribbon used is cotton or jute, items will be posted in a cardboard box.
*Please note the address label is not currently compostable or recyclable, once my current stock has been used I will be switching to compostable.
